Job Description

The incumbent is expected to perform administrative tasks to support daily business operations. He/She helps maintain a structured and efficient work environment through effective organization and task management. Often the first point of contact for clients or visitors, they play a prominent role in creating a welcoming environment. Office assistants may also assist with data entry, document preparation, and correspondence. In addition to basic administrative duties, they often take on tasks to support specific departments or team members. From coordinating meetings to managing inventory, the role facilitates operational functionality.

o Responsible for records management and documentation of company related files and
adheres existing company policies and guidelines on confidentiality.
o Provides admin support to the employees of the organization particularly to his/her
assigned department.
o Maintains equipment, logistics and company owned vehicles by recording and
completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs,
monitoring equipment operation
o Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of office and common areas.
o Produces scanned copies of vital and non-vital documents for retention purposes
o Report any untoward incident and/or violations on policies and procedures of the
company.
o All other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior and/or the
management, depending on the exigencies of the organization.
o All outputs relevant to the assigned tasks are managed and administered
effectively.
o The management are satisfied with the efficiency of the incumbent.
