Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and scheduling appointments with potential clients interested in our cleaning services. This role is vital to our business, and its longevity depends on your ability to consistently generate high-quality leads and meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Scraping: Utilize tools and techniques to gather relevant contact information for potential clients.
Cold Calling: Contact prospects via phone to introduce our cleaning services and book appointments.
LinkedIn Outreach: Engage with potential clients on LinkedIn to generate leads and schedule meetings.
Email Outreach: Develop and send targeted email campaigns to create interest and secure appointments with prospects.
Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule meetings with potential clients interested in our services.
Tool Utilization: Use lead generation tools such as Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and similar platforms to identify and engage with prospects.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in the cleaning services industry, is preferred.
Tools: Familiarity with lead generation tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and others is an advantage.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with potential clients.
Results-Oriented: A focus on achieving targets, driving results, and generating high-quality leads.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying productive and meeting deadlines.

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
Laptop or desktop with updated operating system (at least core i5 or higher).
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
Headset with microphone for clear communication.
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
