As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department's efficiency by managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. They also help track campaign performance, maintain marketing tools, and assist in optimizing processes to enhance overall effectiveness.

What you’ll be doing:
Campaign Management:
Build and manage Salesforce campaigns to track marketing efforts and measure campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
Database Management:
Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
Ensure data integrity and manage data segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Lead the continual development and optimization of the database, including data sources, acquisition, enrichment, and cleansing.
Marketing Automation:
Implement marketing automation platforms and associated processes.
Provide leadership and execution for email marketing, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), multi-touch attribution, lead lifecycle, and data segmentation, as well as database growth and health.
Process Improvement:
Develop and implement marketing processes to improve efficiency.
Identify and resolve operational issues within the marketing department.
Identify areas of opportunity within the campaign tracking instrumentation process to better track performance and accelerate funnel progression.

Content and Campaign Distribution:
Oversee creating and distributing email campaigns, segmentation lists, and webinar builds.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Salesforce (CRM & Campaign Management)
Proficiency in Salesforce for building and managing campaigns, tracking leads, and analyzing marketing effectiveness.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot for email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
Marketing Automation Tools
Experience with platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot for automation, lead scoring, and email campaigns.
Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tools like Demandbase, Terminus, or 6sense.
Email Marketing & Content Distribution Platforms
Expertise in creating and distributing email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Constant Contact.
Experience managing webinar platforms like Zoom, GoToWebinar, or Webex for virtual events and lead generation.
Data Experience
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and macros, to analyze campaign data, manage segmentation lists, and track key marketing metrics.
