Job Description
Technical Support (Application Maintenance Support)
Location: UP Technohub, Quezon City (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Schedule: 4 pm - 1 am
Salary is up to 25,000 gross
Qualifications:
— Obtained a Bachelor's Degree
— At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant working experience
— Proven ability to resolve a wide range of client issues, including billing, account, and technical concerns.
— Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing client IT environments to identify solutions that minimize business impact and enhance client satisfaction.
— Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead problem resolution processes.
— Experience deploying solutions or workarounds for complex issues affecting business operations.
— Familiarity with debugging and problem recreation in diverse client IT environments.
— Experience working directly with clients to communicate technical diagnoses and solutions effectively.
— Experience in creating and utilizing knowledge assets to promote client self-sufficiency and improve internal team efficiency through digital solutions.
— Demonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate with development, services, and support teams to drive issue resolution and improve client outcomes.
— Excellent communication skills, capable of directly interfacing with clients to diagnose and resolve technical or business issues.
— Ability to enhance the client experience through effective problem-solving and relationship management
