Job Description

1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide first-line support: Resolve user issues with computers, software, networks, and other IT systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems: Identify the root cause of technical issues, including hardware, software, network connectivity, and security breaches.
Install and configure software: Set up and customize software applications, operating systems, and other IT tools.
Maintain hardware: Troubleshoot hardware issues, perform routine maintenance, and manage inventory.
Implement and manage security measures: Ensure data security by implementing and enforcing security policies, managing user access, and monitoring for threats.

2. Network Management:

Manage network infrastructure: Configure and maintain network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance: Identify and resolve network bottlenecks and performance issues.
Implement and maintain network security: Secure the network from unauthorized access and cyberattacks.

3. Project Work and Collaboration:

Assist with IT projects: Participate in the planning, implementation, and testing of IT projects.
Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Stay updated on technology trends: Continuously learn about new technologies and industry best practices.

4. Other Responsibilities:

Document IT procedures: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and troubleshooting guides.
Train users: Provide technical training to users on new software and systems.
Manage vendor relationships: Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
