Job Description
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
● Proven experience as a recruitment manager or in a similar role within the Marketing and Advertising industry at least 3 solid years
● Has a vast and expansive network of recruitment sources for various roles and demands
● Has understanding and skills of analyzing recruitment analytics
● Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and a solid understanding of current hiring trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring
managers and candidates
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
● Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
● Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit
● Experience mass/volume recruitment
