Job Specification
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related filed; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, ideally in a manpower agency or recruitment firm.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to analyze data and utilize metrics for decision-making
