JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified
candidates
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and tailor recruitment
strategies accordingly
● Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media
platforms, and professional networks
● Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for various
positions within the organization
● Manage and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to
cultivate strong talent pipelines
● Coordinate and facilitate selection processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting
reference checks, and negotiating job offers
● Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to identify areas of improvement
and optimize recruitment strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
● Proven experience as a recruitment manager or in a similar role within the Marketing and
Advertising industry at least 3 solid years
● Has a vast and expansive network of recruitment sources for various roles and demands
● Has understanding and skills of analyzing recruitment analytics
● Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and a solid understanding of current
hiring trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring
managers and candidates
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
simultaneously
● Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
● Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively evaluate
candidates' qualifications and fit
● Experience mass/volume recruitment
