Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement short, mid, and long-term sales and marketing strategies to achieve

2. Company goals and objectives:
• Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
• Set and monitor KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives

3. E-commerce Leadership:
• Oversee the e-commerce operations, with a particular focus on Shopify, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving online sales
• Implement best practices in e-commerce, optimizing the online store for conversion, user experience, and customer satisfaction

4. Global Marketplace Management:
• Manage and expand the company's presence on Amazon and other global e-commerce platforms
• Stay updated on Amazon’s policies, tools, and marketplace dynamics across different countries to optimize product listings and increase sales

5. Trade Marketing:
• Lead trade marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and market penetration
• Coordinate with product management and sales teams to develop and execute trade marketing plans that support product launches and promotional activities

6. Digital Marketing & Analytics:
• Drive online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company's e-commerce platforms
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance

7. Sales Management:
• Lead the sales team in both hardware and software divisions, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
• Foster relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and expand market share
• Provide mentorship and leadership to the sales and marketing teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance

8. Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus
• 10 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing, with extensive experience in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify
• Proven track record in managing sales and marketing efforts across multiple countries, with a deep understanding of Amazon marketplaces globally

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience in SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and Shopify analytics
• Background in both hardware and software sales is essential
• Demonstrated experience in leading trade marketing efforts and managing product launches
Salary:
150.000,00 ₱ Monthly
