Compensation:
USD 700 - 800/month.
+ Bonuses (up to 30% of base compensation)

Location:
Remote (for Philippines residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
-You have +3 years of experience in consultative technology sales.
- You have +2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- You are expert in email marketing, HubSpot, lead nurturing, and sales support.
- You are proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft 365.
- English - Fully fluent.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Specialist with expert-level proficiency in HubSpot to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting consulting, podcast production or SaaS sales. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations by leveraging HubSpot to streamline processes, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Management:

Serve as the HubSpot expert, managing and optimizing the CRM for sales tracking, automation, and reporting.
Customize and implement HubSpot workflows, dashboards, and integrations to enhance team performance.
Monitor and analyze sales data through HubSpot to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including pipeline management, lead qualification, and follow-ups.
Provide insights and reporting to the sales team and management to improve strategies and decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales initiatives and ensure seamless lead handoff.

Podcast Production Support:
-Work closely with the consulting podcast production team to support the integration of podcast content into the sales funnel.
-Manage podcast-related sales campaigns and track performance using HubSpot.
-Assist in developing content strategies that position the podcasts as a tool for lead generation and customer engagement.

SaaS Sales Focus:
-Provide support to the SaaS sales team by managing customer lifecycle stages, renewals, upsell opportunities, and onboarding processes through HubSpot.
-Help optimize SaaS sales processes by analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
-Work with the product and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
-Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including experience with sales and marketing automation, reporting, and data analysis.
-3+ years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within SaaS sales.
-Experience with podcast production or related consulting industries is a plus.
-Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and customer relationship management.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
-Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in consultative technology sales.
-Extroverted personality with strong interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on process-driven success.
-Quick learner and critical thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
