Job Description
• Perform basic machine tool operation like milling machine, lathe machine, EDM, Band Saw machine, and welding machine used to repair or fabricate mold and mold parts, jigs and fixtures.
• Able to read mold drawings and can use the computer using solid works, AutoCAD or other drawing software needed in his job.
• Perform basic mold repair and maintenance based on working drawings.
• Able to work with production team on identifying an solving molding issue and contribute to overall machine efficiency.
• Able under take training of local staff to raise competency level.
• Able to perform fabrication of electrodes, jigs, fixtures, mold insert and other mold parts needed by production or Engineering and can perform bench fitting.
