Mechanical Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY:
A creative Mechanical Engineer works on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning. The goal is to design and fabricate mechanical components of innovation and excellence.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.
2. Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
3. Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
4. Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
5. Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
6. Writing technical documentation for machine technicians and operators.
7. Ensuring that compressors, generator, fire pump, deep well, dust collector and production machines are all in running order.
8. Conducting periodic preventive maintenance schedule for all facilities and production equipment
9. Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.
10. Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
11. Working with a variety of technicians and operators.
12. Direct supervision of all project and activities.
13. Prepare fast- and slow-moving materials/spare parts for all facilities and production equipment.
14. Prepare yearly budget requirements.
15. Perform other various tasks as instructed by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Registered Mechanical Engineer
2. Proven expertise as a Mechanical Engineer
3. Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs.
4. Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.
