Job Description

Lead Generation & Sales
- Actively search for new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels. This may involve cold calling, attending industry events, or networking that will lead to sales.
- Manage clients, fostering open communication and understanding specific requirements. This involves regular meetings, presentations, and addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Present compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the company's products or services in alignment with the client's needs. This requires strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals that are beneficial for both the client and the company.

Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Track key sales metrics, analyze data, and report on progress toward targets. This enables them to identify trends, adjust strategies, and measure success.
- Recommend strategies to address trends or results of sales reports and align with stakeholders to address any issues/concerns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or any related course
- 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in sales presentations and pitches
- Shows good knowledge of potential client pool listing and business partners
- Significant experience in a specialist role, operating with a high degree of autonomy within a regulated procedural context
