Business Analyst

Qualifications
*Having expertise in data governance, telecom domain is mandatory*
•3+ yrs of exp. as business analyst
•8+ of overall experience in DQ, Data Governance
•Have experience in successfully eliciting and documenting data terms, definitions, standards, and data governance processes.
•Have Telecom domain experience (Network experience is preferred)
oNeeds to understand the E2E mobile Network architecture (RAN, Core, Transport)
oShould be aware of OSS processes.
oNeed to understand the Plan to Build life cycle of the mobile Network and the impact on business and the Capex/Opex.
oShould be familiar with the Network terminologies as we will be working on these Telecom network inventory data.

Job Description
•Identify and document future state business, data and other functional requirements.
•Collaborate across both processes and data domains to document the assigned data domain needs.
•Define future state use cases and associated business process flow diagrams
•Creates documentation of business processes, and provide input to future state training procedures, and standard operating procedures.
•Assist the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to develop training materials and associated job aids
•Work proactively across the organization to identify data sources, data users, and data processes
•Identify and prepare test data to support testing phases and related test suites
•Assist with system and user acceptance testing
•Facilitate defect resolution process providing business or functional requirements clarification
•Strong communication/ leadership skills.
•Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.
•Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
