Job Description

Location: SM Cyber West Q.C (Hybrid, 2 - 3 days onsite per week)
Schedule: Flexible, but with US Meetings

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Finance; with an MBA or advanced degree in Business, Analytics, or Finance, is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B pricing strategy and analytics.
• Extensive process management experience in a multinational environment with people leadership experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment and at different levels of the organization, from frontline up to senior management.
• Proficiency in Data Storytelling and Root Cause or Gap Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI (including pivot tables, sophisticated formulas, and macros).

Job Description:
• Lead and manage the overall strategy, planning, and implementation of key pricing processes, projects, and activities.
• Ensure strong client and partner management, collaborating with key functions such as product marketing, lifecycle management, regional sales, and finance.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Present project updates, potential risks, and proposed solutions to leadership.
• Prepare executive presentations, pricing strategy updates, and support for key management planning meetings.
• Support sales staff with the materials and tools required to improve price realization.
• Mentor and guide project team members, encouraging a collaborative environment.
Salary:
180.000,00 ₱ Monthly
