Job Description

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence within the Real Estate industry in the Philippines. You’ll be responsible for contributing to revenue generation though strategic planning, competitive analysis, marketing partnerships and networking, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the support staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a deep understanding of the Real Estate landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Planning and Development
o To provide the necessary strategy and support to the company by ensuring business growth by designing and developing new product/service solutions to suit current market needs and determine the best business opportunities for the company
o Conduct or participate in strategic planning to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires thorough knowledge of the market, the products and services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors
o Prepare and conduct feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into commercial projects and to manage the property and raw land offers database

• Market Research, Lead Generation and Prospecting
o Conduct market research, study and analysis to identify and target potential clients, competitors and industry trends
o Ensures business growth by prospecting for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients
o Leverage marketing and event activities to engage target prospects to introduce our products and services
o Identify key decision-makers within target companies and initiate contact
o Plans persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company

• Client Engagement & Relationship Building
o Develop and build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and prospects
o Engage with prospective clients to understand client needs and pain points, manage objections, to position our Real Estate solutions effectively
o Schedule and conduct client meetings following a proven sales process

• Sales Strategy and Execution
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets
o Ensures business growth by prospecting for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients
o Conduct and analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and implement effective sales approaches
o Qualify leads and manage the market pipeline
o Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentation
o Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts
o Execute the sales process in full including (but not limited to) hosting discover calls, arranging agreements, instructing other business units
o Identify and address any potential roadblocks in the sales process and develop solutions to fix the identified issue

• E-commerce
o Develop and execute online sales strategies across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest).
o Create and manage compelling content that resonates with the target audience and promotes products.
o Analyze performance metrics of online campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
o Assist in maintaining the company's e-commerce website, ensuring product listings are up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
o Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design promotional campaigns, including sales events, contests, or giveaways.
o Monitor trends in social media, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
o Build relationships with influencers and online communities to enhance brand visibility and reach.

• Networking and Industry Events
o Attend industry conferences, seminars and networking events
o Represent the company and promote our products and services

• Collaboration
o Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, sales and compliance) to align strategies and achieve business goals
o Provide regular feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience

• Team and People Management
o Lead and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.
o Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
o Supervise and coordinate the work of support staff
o Assign tasks and prioritize workload daily
o Develop training programs to enhance team skills
o Resolve employee conflicts and address workforce concerns
o Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures
o Coordinate team meetings and communication to ensure alignment on goals
o Collaborate with upper management to align departmental goals with company objectives
o Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
o Report any issues to management and suggest improvements

• Reporting and Analysis
o Generate, track and provide updates on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, meeting bookings, business development efforts, partnership agreements, market expansion achievements, and pipeline growth
o Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement
o Maintain and prepare master list with accurate client and prospect information, profile and activities

• Other Duties
o Stay informed of regulatory changes and Real Estate industry best practices
o Accomplish and ensure successful completion of related tasks as needed and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
• Education
o Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field

• Experience
o Experience within the Real Estate industry is a plus
o 4 years+ of experience in business development, sales, or related role
o Strong understanding of Real Estate market dynamics, trends, products and services
o Proven experience in B2B And B2C sales, business development, or account management

• Skills
o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
o Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to close deals
o Highly motivated and results-oriented specially in achieving sales and revenue targets
o Able to work independently as well as part of the team
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy
o Excellent organizational and time management skills
o Proficiency in MS Office and other software and tools
o Fast learner, ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
o Flexible, able to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:
• Candidate shall report to Eastwood office from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM or total hour equivalent thereof regardless of existing and specially declared holidays. Rest days are scheduled on weekends; however, due to the nature of business, management may have the prerogative to require you to work on the schedule as maybe needed by the operations.
• May require occasional overtime during peak periods or for specific projects.
Salary:
80.000,00 ₱ Monthly
