Project Manager Service Now

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in telecom network inventory management or IT asset management.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, especially in the context of telecom inventory management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and its integration with telecom network elements and assets.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Experience in telecom network architecture including fiber optics, IP, microwave, and mobile networks, as well as inventory system management. Ability to customize ServiceNow workflows and processes to meet telecom-specific requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices, especially those related to asset management and change management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Can work in Manila
