Your Role:

A Project Coordinator will provide direct support to assigned Market/Project units. In this role, you will directly manage all site status’s Post CX and Post Integration. You will be responsible for coordination with Market assigned Project Manager, Network Alarm Clearing Manager and Integration Center to provide accurate data and formatted reports for use both internally and externally.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain dynamic communications with the Market assigned RF lead, Project Manager, and Implementation Manager
Be available to provide technical SME data and opinion direct to the end customer in support of Delivery team
Be flexible and master more than one area of expertise, including but not limited to Ericsson and Nokia systems
Responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date with rapidly developing technology
Drive quality standards with the teams, coordinate with various teams i.e., integration, construction, and RF teams to work through issues raised and any process improvements, and quality concerns
Identify areas for process improvement in our support organization and implement solutions.
Maintain a clear and accurate understanding of Market/Project specific threshold data/requirements and ensure the delivery team is made aware and accountable as well as develop MOPs and SOPs for use by external national remote teams to clearly identify market standards/requirements

Qualifications

Strong communication skills (both written and oral at both a technical and customer service level).
Flexibility in providing deliverables on short notice
Ability to work revolving schedule and on call
3+ years Telecom Operational Project Management/Construction Management
Experience with direct site troubleshooting to include base RF issues and PIM
Knowledge of wireless environment & tools (Ericsson ENM , PiLoT, etc.) and eNodeB equipment and reports generated from said tools
Developed understanding of E2E life cycle for wireless/cellular site carriers and the design/build process
Proven Experience managing teams focusing on a large-scale project goal
Ability to influence and inspire action as well as a change in process
Experience with creation of methods of procedures for and the development of Standard operation Procedures
Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external customer units
Strong technical writing skills
