Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable Project Manager – Banking Technology to lead and manage full lifecycle projects in the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of system implementation and integration projects, aligning with business goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Define project scope, timeline, resources, and budget.

Track and report project progress, risks, and issues.

Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional coordination.

Oversee vendor and third-party service provider performance.

Ensure system implementations meet compliance and audit standards.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Scrum best practices.

Prepare project documentation and close-out reports.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Project Management experience (required).

Minimum 3 years of software implementation/project execution experience.

Proven experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.

Background in banking, credit card operations, or financial services (required).

Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and Waterfall methods.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Knowledge in system integration and enterprise application delivery.
