Office Location: Oranbo, Pasig (Activasia Inc.)
-1-6 Months Experience with Sales

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory. Your role will involve meeting sales targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Manage and grow existing client relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Customer Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations with potential and current clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.

Sales Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals. Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and track progress against targets.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts as required.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.

Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and product development teams to align sales strategies and share insights.

Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques through continuous learning and training opportunities.
