Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This is not your standard SDR role; we need someone who is meticulously data-driven and able to objectively scrutinize the performance of different AI-driven tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement and Qualification:
- Contact pre-qualified leads to gauge interest.
- Re-qualify leads using BANT or MEDDPIC criteria.
- Utilize sales playbooks and scripts for effective communication.
Sales Process Management:
- Identify sales opportunities and build relationships.
- Manage follow-up calls and meetings.
- Maintain detailed CRM records of lead interactions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects.
- Handle inquiries and provide product information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Data-driven with the ability to scrutinize AI tools' performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques, accounting, and expense management.
- Experience with sales operations and data administration.

- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- CRM software
- Sales tools (e.g., Instantly.ai, Apollo, ChatGPT, Gemini, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn automation tools)
- Google tools
Optional Skills:
- Manage and analyze sales data.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards.
- Assist in implementing and optimizing AI-driven sales tools.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in CRM and other systems.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
- Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
- Laptop or desktop with updated operating system (at least core i5 or higher).
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
- Headset with microphone for clear communication.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
- Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
- Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
