Position: Software Business Analyst (Microsoft Azure DevOps)
Company Industry: IT / Consulting
Work Location: Manila
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 80,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Hybrid
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and deliver future capabilities for applications
- Facilitate impact assessment efforts and produce estimates for client work requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements and testing materials
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure applications meet business requirements
