Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, a self-starter, an excellent communicator, possessing experience with marketing technology (MarTech). Partnering with key marketing, business, and technology leads.
Requirements
Basic
•Three (3) years of general digital/martech/IT experience
•Strong project management skills.
•Skill in learning and administering SAS (Software as System) platforms
•Advanced computer application skills such as MS Office Applications and other Business Systems and tools
•Ability to think strategically/critically and problem solve with commitment to achieving goals.
•Work mid-shift schedule (3pm-12am) but willing to work on occasional (planned) shifting operations to support the assigned business group.
Preferred
•Five (5) years of digital/martech/IT experience
•One (1) years or more of experience in enterprise Aprimo DAM and/or Salsify PIM
•Basic knowledge in JSON
•Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or AI tools
Duties & Responsibilities
•Managing users, platform systems, and related data
•Building custom fields for data and metadata to manage platforms in relation to integrations
•Maintain data hygiene and adhere to standard processes to ensure proper operation of systems (Primarily Salsify PIM – Product Information Management & Aprimo DAM - Data Asset Management)
•Operate as analyst to identify needs and model and build technical business processes and systems that solves need, promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
•Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
•Collaborate with capability owners for additional support on operationalizing the capability
•Assist users in getting data, assets, submissions loaded to systems or exported from systems as structured as required
•Help guide governance and standards, document processes and work on clean-up of related data and/or assets
•Work with vendor support for additional setup/configuration to support requests
•Ability to write Python or similar languages (or use AI effectively and adjust) and process from desktop actions through API to system endpoints
