Job Description

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
-At least 3 years of experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis, release management, project management, or service transition
-Experience working with various business processes in the domains of Banking (loans or deposits)
-Strong planning and organizational skills
-Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical personnel and end-users at multiple levels.
-Experience with problem solving, workflow systems analysis, process redesign, user training, and documentation
-Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle
-Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional work teams toward task completion
-General PC knowledge including MS Office
-ITIL certification is a nice to have skill
-Nice to have experience with deploying packaged applications
