Job Description
Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions or concerns
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns/exchanges
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
• Maintain customer records and update information in the company database
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to remain calm and composed in difficult or stressful situations
