Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Whether you have prior experience or are just starting your career, we welcome applicants of all backgrounds, including high school graduates, who are eager to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, account inquiries, and issue resolution.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a positive attitude.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective and efficient customer service delivery.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Follow company guidelines and procedures when handling customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.
Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory - training will be provided.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
