Job Description
• College Degree in Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting; 3 years’ experience in managerial capacity
• Adequate understanding and background in accounting, financial management and control, & tax management
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Summarizes quarterly income statement.
• Generates schedule of accounts/summaries
• Prepares financial statements (income statement, balance sheet)
• Monitors Receivables.
• Monitors amount billed by company vs. amount collected from client.
• Analyze existing accounting procedures and suggest changes to simplify the process (if applicable).
• Prepares correspondence
• Prepares final project costs
• Acts as revolving fund custodian.
• Monitors loan amortization, interest and renewals.
• Monitor progress billings and update collection
• Prepares financial reports
• Prepares Trial Balance for external audit purposes.
• Concurs with top management and other department managers.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
