Job Description
What you will do:
- Month-End Closing & Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly closing activities, ensuring accurate cut-offs, preparation and review of journal entries, and consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities.
- Cash Management: Manage cash flow and monitor transactions, including vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Bank Reconciliation & Statutory Compliance: Review bank reconciliations, manage expense accruals, and ensure adherence to statutory reporting requirements (BIR, PEZA, NSO, BSP, SEC).
- Intercompany Transactions: Handle intercompany transactions and transfer pricing calculations, preparing allocation tables for validating common expenses.
- Foreign Currency Management: Monitor and restate foreign currency assets and liabilities while applying hedge accounting principles as necessary.
- Audit Support & Budgeting: Assist with internal and external audits and contribute to the annual budgeting process through relevant financial analysis.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with in-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, demonstrating a track record of accuracy and compliance.
- Strong financial reporting skills and proficiency with any ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup, adapting to both remote and on-site requirements.
