Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Accounting Manager to oversee all financial functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of accounting principles, to drive accuracy and compliance in our financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure precision and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the annual audit process, collaborating closely with external auditors and ensuring alignment with financial regulations.
- Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and systems to support business growth.
- Provide strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and contribute to the development of financial strategies.
- Mentor and guide the accounting team, fostering career growth and enhancing skill sets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
