Accounting Manager (46451) - Quezon City

BASIC FUNCTION:
● Creation of budget forecasting/monitoring, evaluation of reports & report to management, Serves
as an Internal Auditor to check accuracy in terms of tax exposures & assessments of Financial
Statement of the Company.
● Monitor, analyze and consult of Pricing and Profit
● Support for new business plans / new application plans

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creation of budget reports and forecast revenues.
2. In-Charge of all company Japan reportorial reports including DIVA
3. Reviews documentations and tax compliance for the following:
a. BIR
b. BOC
c. Local Government
d. Suggests and study guidelines and procedures that help business operations beneficial
to organization in terms of tax regulations
4. Checks completeness for Audit Compliance and Documentations
a. Japan
b. SGV
c. SEC
5. Check completeness and accuracy of Monthly and Annual Financial Statement Reports and audit
schedules for updated reconciliation of all accounts.
6. Assesses internal control processes by regularly communicating updates on rules and
regulations for tax and audit new circulars and memorandum issuances.
7. Improve and suggest of reports of SAP
8. Performs other Management Accounting tasks as assigned by VP for Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS;

● BS Accountancy Graduate
● CPA/MBA is an Advantage
● Remarkable experience in all facets of accounting with experience in corporate environment with
in-depth knowledge in taxation/auditing & budgeting.
● Formulation policy control measures with updated tax/audit rules & PFRS.
● In-depth knowledge in all facets of Accounting/Taxation.
● In-depth knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Standards.
● Skilled in using database and accounting software including SAP or any ERP System.
● Computer literate ( MS Office applications i.e. Intermediate Excel)
● Strong analytical skills ( Google Analytics/Reportorial Skills)
