Job Description

Recruitment
In charge of in talent acquisition and recruitment process (creating job ads, schedule interviews, administer assessments, prepare offer & new hire documents).
Conduct employee on- boarding in coordination with the HR Head in Indonesia.
Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make recommendations based on data

Training and Development
*Assist with the plotting of Core Training schedule and monitor training log
Analyze training requirements and source for possible training courses based on assessment.

Compensation and Benefits
In- charge on timekeeping for payroll processing
Monitoring of wages and salary structure of the organization
Ensure compliance to labor laws
Maintains benefits records and prepares documents necessary for implementing coverage & assist employees with any claims issues
Accurate processing of statutory payments and reports. Keep abreast of any relevant changes and ensure compliance.

Administrative
Maintain employee files and records
Travel and lodging engagement
Visa Application
Manage executive's schedules, calendars and appointments
Provides assistance on the MD's/ Directors requirements and projects
