Job Description

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations both in physical and electronic formats.
• Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee queries, assisting with conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement programs, and policy development.
• Manage timekeeping systems and ensure accurate recording and reporting of employee attendance and absences.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
• Monitors the day-to-day activities of Head Office and store employees.
• Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities.
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling administrative projects and expediting work results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Provides sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to different stakeholders.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures together with different stakeholders
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress toward company goals.
• Working with the Finance and Management team members to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
• Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing expense reports and invoices.
• Provide administrative support to executives, including managing their schedules, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings and events.
• Conduct research and compile information for presentations, reports, and projects.
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
