Job Description

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in using ecommerce platforms and order management systems.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls, receiving mail, keeping finances (Quickbooks), running errands
• Paying bills, maintaining personal calendar, and organizing personal files
• devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
• E-Commerce Office Administrator will be involved in organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
• E-Commerce Office Administrator will be involved in liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
• Oversee day to day ecommerce operations, including order processing, inventory management and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the ecommerce platform.
