Job Description
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Saturday | 5.5 days workweek (4 weekdays off and 2 sundays off / month)
WORK LOCATION: Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City
AGE PREFERENCE: Mid-late 20's
GENDER PREFERENCE: Female
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organization by managing administrative tasks and supporting various functions within the organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, and/or Psychology
- Minimum of 2 years experience, in Inventory, handling petty cash, purchasing, office supplies, warehouse checking / audit, and/or logistics planning
- Has strong background in Admin / Operations
- Must be willing to get down and dirty as well as the tasks involve physical count on occasions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
