Position: Area Sales Manager
Industry: Import (Cement)
Location: General Santos, Davao, Iloilo and Bacolod
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 35,000 (Negotiable depending to your work experience)
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Work set up: On field

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With 3-5 years of work experience in Sales Manager
✨ With work experience in Construction Industry or Cement Company
✨ Amendable to work on field
✨ Amenable to attend Face to Face interview once requested

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ To Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and
objectives.
✨ To Lead and manage a team of sales agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize performance.
✨ To Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the region, expanding the company's customer base.
✨ To Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
✨ To Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly
