Job Description

■Background of this hiring:
There are 2 sales in the company, but since the number of clients is increasing, the company wants to increase sales, maximize profit, and expand the businesses.

■Products to trade:
Fuel dispensers, pesticides used for agricultural purposes (client is Dole), lubricants for fuel dispensers, machinery components for road construction such as generators, and other similar equipment.

■Members; 4 in total
1 Japanese President
2 Sales (1 is from Itochu 35 years old, 1 is also a referral 41 years old)
1 Admin

■Job descriptions
Generates new and repeat sales by providing products on time.
Present price, credit, and terms per standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles.
Follow-up collection of payment.
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns.
Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
Increase sales and average order size using cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, and offering promotional sale items.
Provide accurate information regarding the availability of in-stock items.
Educate customers about product terminologies, features, and benefits to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction.
Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
Set up and maintain customer files.
Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the Marketing Team.
Maintain proficiency using personal computers, data entry terminals, and other common office equipment and software.
Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.
Ensure the Sales Office is well maintained, and suggest how to improve sales in the assigned area.

①Sales experience (any industry)+Trade related work experience (any job is fine as long as related to trading)
Sales experience in the trading industry  

Interest in a wide variety of sales items. The range of products traded is extensive.

What the client requires the most for the position is "Curiosity", as there are extensive things they handle, and the person needs to be interested in it and know more about it. Therefore, the person should be curious or eager to learn new things.

But it does not mean that the person is a job hopper, so please find candidates who have worked in the same company for at least 3 years
Candidate should know to answer questions for ①The reason for leaving the company ②Why interested in a trading sales position

The client has few people in the Company. That is the reason why a salesperson can cultivate the role positively. They prefer a candidate with many clients to bring to the table, which leads to accumulating or increasing group sales.
It is one of the biggest trading companies in Japan, and its clients are also big companies such as Dole (agriculture)
There will be a chance to go on business trips to Japan, Hong Kong, and other countries.

Domestic business trips with overnight stay = PHP 1,200/day (including the return day)
Overseas business trips = US$50.00/day (including the return day)
SL+VL = total 15 days
OT
The company may drive them to the bus station or train station, or they can handle flexibly
Bonus: depend on the person, but average 1-1.8 months
Travel Allowance/Per Diem: Outside Metro Manila = PHP 600/day;
Working Days: Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:15 pm

Notes:
No regular transportation service, but the company often drives employees to the nearest bus stop or train station.
Also, one current salesperson uses the personal vehicle for business purposes (a few times a month). We provide a gasoline allowance (about P4K to P5K per month). Also, we have a dedicated parking space at the office building that can be used (separate from the company car parking).

HMO: none at present, we are not yet enrolled. However, we have decided to join a health insurance plan that includes an annual medical check-up. We plan for all employees to be enrolled soon)

Depending on circumstances or a clear case of long working hours (working on holidays, domestic, and international business trips) or extended business trips, the Company may decide to add paid leave days.
