Job Description
* 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 years of experience with employee and labor relations
* Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive business results.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
