Position: Management Trainee (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2 days off

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
✨Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
✨Previous internship or work experience in business development or related fields is a plus.
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨Help with the creation and implementation of business development plans
✨Analyze and research the market to find trends and possible business opportunities.
✨Attend meetings with prospective customers, partners, and other stakeholders to learn about their needs and make appropriate suggestions.
✨Assist in the creation of presentations, business proposals, and marketing collateral.
✨Help maintain the relationships with current partners and clients in order to win their loyalty and satisfaction.
✨Track and report on the advancement of different business development initiatives and projects.
✨Work together with internal teams to make sure business development plans are carried out smoothly.
✨Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish and preserve business contacts.
✨Take part in workshops and training sessions to improve your business development knowledge and abilities.
