CEBU ERNBRI IMPORT, INC. (CEII) is a corporation lawfully existing and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), primarily to engage in, but not limited to, import, buy, sell at wholesale, trade, export goods such as diving equipment, water sports and other similar or related goods and merchandise. BACKGROUND In November 2002, CEBU ERNBRI IMPORT, INC. (CEII) through its major shareholders Ernest Long and Brian Giles (hence ERNBRI), has taken over the importation component of the 30-year-old AQUAVENTURE PHILIPPINES, and the then largest distributor of diving equipment, WHITETIP DIVERS originally established in the 1980s. Subsequently, then major shareholder Brian Giles secured the trade name and trademark AQUAVENTURE WHITETIP DIVE SUPPLY (AWDS) for use in the business. In May 2003, CEII/AWDS started commercial importation and distribution operations in two (2) locations: Ermita and Cebu. After twenty (20) years in business, CEII/AWDS has grown from two (2) to Ten (10) Branch locations with its latest Branch strategically located in El Nido Palawan: 1. 60 Legaspi St. Brgy. Sto. Niño, Cebu City 2. Bagumbayan2, Maribago, Lapu-lapu City, Mactan Island 3. Sabang Beach, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro 4. D’ Mall , Balabag, Boracay Island 5. Job Description

Urgent Hiring

Sales Admin Assistant

Location: Makati

Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm

Every Other Saturday 9am -5pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in administrative work.
High degree of professional independence, initiative, and self-discipline.
Proficiency in computer applications. Ideally, experience with Photoshop and graphic design.
Effective communication skills.
Experience in Sales is an advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support during sales presentations, trade shows, and other sales events.
Maintain customer databases and sales materials to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients as needed.
Undertake a Project Role on other key projects/areas as needed, and take responsibility for its completion:
Daily research on Philgeps for Public Biddings with various National and Local Government Procuring Entities;
Preparation and compilation of Bid Docs within at least 3 days before Bid Opening and coordinate and follow up with procuring entities when needed.
Performs other sales related duties that maybe assigned by the VP for Sales/Sales Managers/Supervisors from time to time.
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
