Job Description
Become a key player in our IT operations at our Clark, Pampanga site. We are looking for a skilled IT Network Manager with deep Cisco expertise to lead our network and systems support.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations of network and system infrastructure ensuring efficient performance.
Lead IT projects, setting timelines and ensuring timely completion.
Manage SLA compliance, service delivery, and IT asset management.
Conduct routine operational reports and system maintenance.
Ensure robust information security and participate in IT audits.
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT networking and systems management.
Strong leadership experience with a track record in managing IT teams.
Cisco certification (CCNA or CCNP) is required.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and networking devices.
Available to work onsite in Clark Pampanga and in shifting schedules.
Ability to start immediately.
