Analyst

Overview: This junior role focuses on assisting Advisors and Strategists in executing client engagements
while managing individual project components. The ideal candidate will exhibit a keen attention to
detail, independence, and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble runbooks based on predefined scopes of work.
2. Collaborate with Advisors to digest client and advisor-provided information, contributing to the creation of project deliverables.
3. Manage a portfolio of recurring small business clients focusing on technology governance, risk management, cybersecurity, due diligence, technology roadmapping, and budgeting.
4. Engage in client-facing activities, adeptly interacting with stakeholders at various organizational levels across diverse industries.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, account teams, solution architects, and sales teams.
6. Adhere to guidance and blueprints provided by trusted 3rd party research partners.
7. Receive mentorship from senior team members, ensuring continuous professional development.

Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
2. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
3. Familiarity with frameworks related to project management, business analysis, and IT management is
4. advantageous.
5. Ability to align working hours with the US Eastern timezone initially; flexibility for a +/- 3 hour time
6. zone difference post-onboarding.
7. Comfortable liaising with clients across various industries and seniority levels.
8. A dedicated commitment to service improvement and client satisfaction.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Manager of Advisory Services within the Professional Services division.
