Job Description
Position: Short Term Rental Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Sydney Timezone)
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Dayshift, Wednesday and Thursday Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Update data and settings in Hostify to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information.
- Manage guest messaging across multiple platforms, providing prompt and courteous responses.
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate company or team for action or monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with cleaning teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guests.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Hostify, including Property Management System (PMS) and Cleaning modules.
- Experience with major booking platforms such as Airbnb, Bookings, and Agoda.
- Strong communication skills for guest interactions and team coordination.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
