Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM management, automation tools, and a background in real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate client and lead information.
Assist in the implementation and optimization of CRM tools.
Identify processes that can be automated to improve efficiency.
Set up and manage automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Monitor and maintain automated systems to ensure they function correctly.
Administrative Support

Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in CRM software (Go High Level) and automation tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
Salary:
250,00 ₱ Hourly
