Job Description
Salary: 37,000 to 45,000 DOE
Shift: 9pm to 6am MNL

Job Description:
Manage full life-cycle recruitment by setting search strategy, actively sourcing candidates, prescreening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to internal stakeholders, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and collaborating with HR for onboarding processes
Manage recruitment services to ensure current and emerging customer needs and services expectations are understood and met
Fulfill deliverables based on client needs, requirements and within SLA
Assist in building a strong employer brand to attract the right candidate for the organization
Proactively build applicant pipelines to meet current and future business needs
Conduct and participate in bulk-hiring drives.
Sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, and negotiating offers.
Understand and be able to utilize various forms of social media and internet resume mining.
Maintain recruitment report and an applicant tracker
Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends, and recruitment standards
Skills & Requirements:
At least 3 solid years of working experience in RPO (IT and non IT roles)
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Adept with efficient sourcing and recruitment practices, and processes, and has end-to-end hiring experience
Excellent communication skills can deal with stakeholders and can collaborate with different departments and/or business units.
