Job Description

Work setup: Hybrid (Once a week RTO)
Work schedule: Mon – Fri (8am - 5pm) , Can support PH & ANZ time zone.
May require flexibility to support Global stakeholders.
Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
Roles & Responsibilities per NOM:
• Manage CH/DS vendor program for allocated Market Units and support the MSL team as needed.
• Manage individual vendor contracts
• Manage vendor relationship
• Handle escalations with vendor or assignee, as needed
• Manage detailed remediations
• Manage reporting
• Maintain the DS tables in the ACE tool
• Collaborate with local P+ teams
• Coordinate, contribute, attend and follow up as needed on Quarterly Business • Reviews with Vendors
• Continue to identify ways to add value to the overall program including understanding of the costs and considerations for DS/CH services in the market
• Monitor Vendor SLAs
• Lead implementation offerings from Vendor (share with stakeholders as needed)
• Conduct ad-hoc check-ins with Vendor
• Support MU Lead, Designated Location MU Lead, MSLs, and Operations Support with DS+CH expertise when needed
• Completion of the vendor summary tool and overall tool management
• Info on DS in ACE tool
• Strategic thinking & innovation around DS & CH.
Must Have:
• 5-7 years relevant experience in Destination Services and Corporate Housing.
• Project Management
• Vendor Management
• Destination Services provider background/experience
• Escalations and conflict management.
• Customer service skills
• Critical and Analytical thinking skills
• Can support travelers (employees up to Executive level
