Job Description

Job Title: Technical Account Executive
Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary Range: PHP 20,000 - PHP 25,000
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, establishing new business relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer concerns and product recalls efficiently.

Job Qualifications:
Academic Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Work Experience and Skills:
Proven sales experience and driving experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to identify and respond accurately to customer behaviors and emotions.
Effective listening skills.

Personal Qualities and Behavioral Traits:
Demonstrates good moral character and a positive personality.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Excellent in customer relationship management.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management and Business Development:
Manage assigned accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify and establish new business/accounts to drive company growth.
Organize sales visits to current and potential clients.

2. Sales Operations and Documentation:
Write visit reports and project updates to keep clients informed.
Prepare tenders, proposals, quotations, and forecasts for clients.
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote company products.
Ensure sales targets are met consistently.

3. Customer Service and Support:
Participate in customer audits and ensure compliance with requirements.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Effectively handle product recalls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
