Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development and implementation. The HR Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor and verify timekeeping, Non-Time-Earning (NTE), Separation From Company (SFC), Return to Work Orders (RTWO), and contracts during issuance, endorsement, and ongoing cases.
•Manage employee relations activities, including investigating complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues, and recommending appropriate courses of action.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
•Settle contracts involving loss hours and missing entries promptly and efficiently.
•Review contracts thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
•Maintain records with strict confidentiality and adhere to time-bound deadlines.
•Collaborate with Point of Contacts (POCs) and Team Managers to provide professional advice and opinions regarding agent contracts and recommend appropriate actions.
•Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.
•Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
•Oversee compensation and salary administration, including conducting salary surveys, analyzing compensation data, and making recommendations for salary adjustments.
•Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
•Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
•Stay informed about developments in labor laws and regulations and ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
•Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management, providing insights and analysis on HR trends, issues, and performance indicators.
•Package Php 60,000
