Job Description
─ Strategic HR Planning: Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, taking into account local market trends and cultural nuances.
─ Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and on boarding, while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations.
─ Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting open communication channels.
─ Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and development plans to enhance employee productivity and career growth.
─ Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs in accordance with Philippine labor standards, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with statutory requirements.
─ Legal Compliance: Stay updated on Philippine labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices comply with local legal requirements, including DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) regulations.
─ HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and employee records maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
─ Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and retention, considering cultural sensitivities and preferences.
Qualifications:
─ A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is generally required.
─ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in human resources.
─ Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors is highly beneficial.
─ Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
─ Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
─ Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
─ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
