Job Description

We are in need of HR/ADMIN & ENGAGEMENT EMPLOYEE!!
Willing to start ASAP!!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Designing and managing employee engagement initiatives, such as team building activities, training, etc.
2. Analyzing employee feedback and identifying areas of improvement to enhance employee engagement.
3. Working with managers and team leaders to create a positive work culture and improve employee relations.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with employees to keep them engaged and committed to their work.
5. Creating communication strategies to inform employees about company policies, changes, and initiatives.
6. Conducting training sessions and workshops to develop employees, skills and knowledge.
7. Recommend new company policies to keep up with changes in the workplace, and update company policies that are outdated
8. Organize and maintain the employee 201 file.
9. Liaise with external counsel, and ensure legal compliance with the Philippine labor code.
10. Coordinates DOLE concerns such as: Termination Reports, Accident Reports, preparation, and submission of DOLE requirements
11. Issuance of disciplinary action to erring employees, NTE, NOD, etc in accordance with the Company's Employee Code of Conduct
12. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
13. Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is typically required. Some employers may prefer candidates with a master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
2. Have HR Knowledge and Skills in understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
3. Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
6. Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
9. Experience in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
10. Ability to develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
11. Experience conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback.
12. Skill in organizing events and activities aimed at fostering a positive work environment.
13. Capability to resolve employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
14. Analytical skills to interpret data related to employee engagement and HR metrics.
15. Previous experience in HR administration, employee engagement, or a related field is often preferred. This may range from 2 to 5 years depending on the specific job level and responsibilities.
