Job Description

■ Background of hiring:
The number of employees in the company is almost 20 and not that big, and its HR and Admin are mostly covered by the Japanese side or its local Accounting manager. There is no member class and just only one accounting manager, she is covering HR and Admin.
Since the company is in the expansion phase, they want to divide the accounting and HR & Admin and they want to hire a new HR and Admin manager.
It is their first time to hire HR and Manager (local staff).
The combination with its accounting manager is also important, so the person does not have to be too young.

■ Job descriptions/job responsibilities
Recruitment
Payroll calculation and distribution (excluding financial involvement; preferably keeping salaries confidential in the future)
Overtime calculation for the General Services Department (verification)
Attendance management
Updates to work regulations
Onboarding and offboarding processes
Management of performance evaluations
Improvement of HR issues in the Philippines
Handling employee benefits (e.g., health check-ups)
Support for expatriates
Office management
Management of office supplies
Management of contracts
Reporting to the Hong Kong head office
Other related tasks

Interviewer: 1st Japanese Head & Accounting Manager; 2nd HR manager in Japan

Salary budget: 70,000-85,000 PHP
